Request account deletion

This page applies to the Totem Grid app / developer shown on the App Store and Google Play.

How to request deletion

Open the Totem Grid app.
Go to Profile.
Copy your username and your ID code.
Paste them into the form below and submit.

Submitting will open your email app with a pre-filled message to developer@totemgrid.dev. Please send the email to complete the request.

If you can’t use the form, email us directly at developer@totemgrid.dev with:

Subject: Account Removal Request:

user_name: <your username>
user_id: <your ID code>

What data is deleted vs kept

Deleted

Your Totem Grid account and profile data associated with your username / ID code.
Data you provided in the app that is associated with your account (if any).

May be kept

Records required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes (if applicable).
Security, abuse-prevention, and operational records needed to protect the service.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

Retention / timeline

We typically complete deletion within 30 days after receiving a valid request. If we must retain certain records, we keep them only as long as necessary for the purposes above and then delete or anonymize them.
